Leave without
leaving it all behind.

Use the controls below to remove Orislop data. You can also request help by email without reinstalling the app or signing in to this website.

Android account or guest data

In a connected Android build, open Settings → Delete account to request deletion of your current member or guest profile. This revokes its sessions and removes personalization data; associated profile data is then removed by the service’s deletion process, including reactions, saves, follows, and comment text and author links.

Clear local session, clearing Android app storage, and uninstalling remove device data. They do not by themselves submit a server-side deletion request.

Website prototype account

If you signed in to the Orislop scrolling prototype, request account deletion using the email option below. If your connected build offers a Delete account control, you can use that too. Signing out does not itself request deletion. Remove this website’s local settings using your browser’s site-data controls.

Chrome extension and cloud data

Use the extension’s settings to clear recent activity and local preferences. Use its available cloud-data or account deletion control to remove associated service records. Turning cloud analysis off stops future optional analysis; clearing local history alone does not erase cloud records or support email.

Request deletion without the app

Email support@orislop.com with the subject Orislop account and data deletion. Say whether you used Android, the Chrome extension, the website prototype, or a feedback form, and what you want deleted.

For a linked account, send the request from the account email if possible. For guest use, include a non-secret account or support reference if your app displays one. If you do not have a reference, say so; we will explain what can be located and what verification is needed. Never send a password, session token, identity document, or private video.

What happens next

Deletion is a process, not an instant erasure of every copy. We may need proportionate verification before deleting an account. Service cleanup removes the associated records; support correspondence, security records, legal obligations, and provider backups can have separate retention periods. We will explain any records that must be retained when handling your request. See the retention details.
